New press for utility and general purpose work
AIDA is helping customers maximize their equipment investment with its new unitized frame straightside NSU series press. Specifically designed for utility and general purpose work, the NSU is built to AIDA's high quality standards at a price point that is cost effective. AIDA's NSU is built with a massive one-piece frame to reduce elongation under full load.
The NSU's sturdy construction delivers lower deflection, improved die life and reduced maintenance, providing customers with a 0.001m/metre bed and slide deflection rating under full load.
The NSU also comes equipped with AIDA's exclusive ball-type slide connection, unique hydraulic overload protection (HOLP) system and a PLC-based control.
Available in the 200 to 400 ton metric rating, the NSU is especially suited for customers in the appliance, HVAC, furniture, agricultural and garden equipment, lighting and general contract stamping industries.
AIDA's eccentric gear design also makes the NSU ideal for high performance dimensional work.
AIDA is a leading pioneer in the metalforming industry with over 85 years of innovation.
Devoting five percent or more of its consolidated sales to research and development, AIDA continues to take strides that set it apart from other press builders.
